We handle the full sequence on a concrete scope, not just one piece of it, so the same crew that pours the foundation is accountable for how it finishes and how it performs.

Concrete work is easy to underestimate until it's the piece holding everything else up, literally, in the case of a foundation. We plan the pour, the finish, and the cure around the rest of the project's schedule, and where anchors are going into existing concrete, pull testing confirms the load capacity before anyone builds on top of it. That last step gets skipped more often than it should. We don't skip it.
